TUMBLING CLASSES

Basic tumbling has no requirements to join! Athletes will focus on mastering basic tumbling skills including forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, backbends, backward rolls, handstand forward-rolls & backbend-kickovers. Athletes will also work on strengthening their bodies and learning body control.

A tumbling evaluation is required to finalize registration for this class. Beginner tumbling PREREQUISITES are having mastered forward-rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, backbends, backward rolls, handstand forward-rolls & backbend-kickovers. Athletes will focus on back-walkovers, back-walkover series, roundoffs, front-walkovers, back-walkover switch-leg, and back extension rolls. Athletes will also work on strengthening their bodies and learning body control.

A tumbling evaluation is required to finalize registration for this class. Intermediate tumbling PREREQUISITES are having mastered all skills from both basic and beginner tumbling (see dropdowns above). In this class, athletes will learn back-handsprings, back-walkover series, front handsprings, bounder/flyspring, RO/CW back-handspring & RO/CW back-handspring series. Athletes will also continue to practice strengthening their bodies and better understand their body awareness in tumbling.

Advanced tumbling PREREQUISITES are having mastered all skills from basic, beginner and intermediate tumbling (see dropdowns above). In this class, athletes will learn and ultimately master level 3 and higher appropriate skills for cheerleading - including back-handspring series, RO/CW tucks, punch-fronts, back tucks, ariels, layouts, and more! Athletes will begin to create in-air body awareness while increasing the strength and flexibility required for tumbling skills.
STUNTING CLASSES

This class is designed for high school and college students preparing for college-level cheerleading. This class primarily focuses on collegiate-level stunting and expectations.

Basing basics has no requirements to join! This class focuses on building base confidence, strength and technique. Athletes will spend 30 minutes performing drills/strengthening and 30 minutes stunting.

Flight school has no requirements to join! This class focuses on building confidence in the air, flexibility, technique and body control. Athletes will spend 30 minutes stretching/performing drills and 30 minutes stunting.
CHEER CLASSES

There are no requirements to join this class! Perfect for young athletes looking for a fun, low-commitment introduction to cheerleading! This class covers tumbling, stunting, jumps and cheer - with a touch of dance.

There are no requirements to join this class! This class is designed to teach current and future athletes the elements of cheerleading - including stunting, tumbling and jumps. Our instructors will help drive focus on individual cheer goals and guide our athletes along their cheer journey!
DEVELOPMENTAL CLASSES

Take your jumps to the next level! This developmental class focuses on the fundamentals of cheerleading jumps with proper technique, strength training, and flexibility drills. Athletes will learn how to maximize height, sharpness, and consistency while developing the strength and mobility needed to perfect every jump.

Build the strength you need to perform at your best! This class primarily utilizes bodyweight exercises to target the muscles cheerleaders rely upon for stunting, tumbling, and jumps. Perfect for bases, back spots, flyers - or anyone who wants a great workout. This developmental class helps athletes increase power, endurance, and overall body control.

This developmental class is designed for athletes looking to improve the flexibility and stability required for flying. Athletes will focus on pulling body positions, building balance and strength, and gaining overall flyer experience. Whether you’re already on a team or simply want to develop your flexibility, this class provides the training every flyer needs to succeed.

There are a variety of flexible package options to align with what works best for your family - while offering higher discounts based on the quantity of passes purchased. Once you’ve purchased your pass(es), you can immediately use them to enroll in one-time classes that best fit your schedule. Punch-passes are specific to the type of class (tumbling/all access & all other) and expiration dates vary based on the number of classes.
*A minimum 1-month commitment is required at the time of enrollment. Your selection will automatically renew each month thereafter until cancelled (must be cancelled by the 25th to prevent billing the subsequent month). All classes are prorated and adjusted for gym closures. Advertised tuition is based on a 4-class month; 5-class months will incur an upcharge for the additional class. For classes billed $92/month, a 5-class month will be billed $115+tax; for classes billed $76/month, a 5-class month will be billed $95+tax; for classes billed $68/month, a 5-class month will be billed $85+tax; for classes billed $34/month, a 5-class month will be billed $42.50+tax.
